Rule #1 (7.249) Don’t harm crows.

Rule #2 (7.108) Anyone who breaks a rule is burned at the stake.

Rule #19 (7.138) The only pens that are acceptable within the city limits are ones made from the feathers of crows.

Rule #39 (7.138) It is illegal to make anything out of crow feathers.
